September has been a devastating bastard of a month for the comedy world.
It started with Robert Schimmel, he survived cancer only to die from an automobile accident on September 3rd of this year, it was a gut punch to the comedy world as he truly was a comics comic.
And sadly it appears that the trend doesn't end there, as funny man Greg Giraldo also passed away this morning after an overdose this past weekend.
A sharp, clever, and witty dude. making fun of over privileged and way past their prime celebrities just won't be the same.
